Duties:

• Produce a 50th Anniversary Edition Cookbook featuring the best recipes from the past 3 editions and celebrating our Pittsburgh families' culinary customs and traditions.

Goals:

• Publish a two-volume set cookbook, one a coffee table-type celebrating family traditions, and the other a spiral-bound handbook for everyday kitchen use.
• Find at least 40 sponsors who will be featured in special pages of this book. These sponsored pages may feature photographs, special statements, beloved Philippine traditions, town fiesta foods, regional cooking, etc. Sponsorship will cost $200 and will include your recipes and photos which should tie in with the recipe.
• Market the cookbook to raise money exclusively for the Philippine Nationality Room (PNR)
