Duties:

• Propose a slate of nominees to run for the positions being vacated by current Board of Directors, either due to term limits or other reasons.
  
  Said slate will consist of members in good standing who will represent the same regions being respectively vacated.
  
  Said slate will be approved by the Board of Directors and voted upon by the FAAP members at the Annual Picnic. Nominees for the same Board vacancies will be accepted from the floor at the above-mentioned picnic.
• After soliciting the nominees for committee chairs from the incoming president, the Nominating Committee will endorse/propose more names for the standing and special committees.
• Conduct the election process at the Annual Picnic, count the votes and announce the winners of the election.
