The regular affairs of the FAAP are under the direction of the Board of Directors, 15 of which are elected by the voting members during the Annual Picnic, 3 (past, current and next Presidents) were appointed by the Board upon recommendation by the Nominating and Elections Committee, and 1 (YFAP President) was elected by the YFAP members. The Board meets regularly once a quarter.
