FAAP Century Club
Certificate of Revocable Donation (CORD)

The Century Club was created in 1996 by then President Jose Ravano to ensure the survival of the association into the next century. Its membership was capped at 100 members, each of whom pledges to donate a total of $1000 to the association.

The Goal: Raise $100,000 by the year 2007.

As the year 2007 draws near, the goals of the Century Club have not been fully met. The emergence and urgency of the Philippine Nationality Room project have definitely superseded it. Hence, a motion was proposed and approved at a recent FAAP Board of Directors Meeting to extend the Century Club another ten years, with no further extensions.

Levels of Membership

To date, there are 13 CORD holders, 8 sustaining members, and 2 perpetual benefactors. Their donations have become part of the FAAP' s Mainstay Fund. The Simplicio Maramba Scholarship Award is drawn from the interest earned by this fund.
