Malaking Ripa Raffle
This elimination raffle is a project that is utilized by the FAAP as needed. It was introduced in 1994 by Joe Ravano to raise funds for the Simplicio Maramba Scholarship Award. It proved to be a "cash cow" and was thus repeated in 1996 with equal success, again to augment the diminishing Scholarship Fund. With enough funding for the Scholarship Award, the third Ripa in 2006 raised funds solely for the Philippine Nationality Room. All three Ripas were held in conjunction with the Induction Ball.
