The Ticzon Cup
The Volleyball Tournament as a fund-raiser for the Philippine Nationality Room was originated by Mark Knapp in 2001. Since then, Mark and Jun Calejesan have run the tournament at the Annual Picnic, raising almost $10,000 to date. For $200, one may sponsor a co-ed team of 4 players. The teams compete for the Ticzon Cup. The tournament is named in honor of Andy and Fely Ticzon for their selfless service to the FAAP over the years.
Once the Nationality Room is built, it is the intention of Mark and Jun to keep this tournament on-going to support the association and its future charitable projects.
